For a striker, his playmaking ability is very solid. He links up play well with quick passes, one-twos, and simple layoffs.

Di Natale offers very smooth joystick dribbling, allowing him to turn quickly and maneuver in tight spaces.

Despite not being the tallest striker, his physicality is better than expected.

His high/low work rates are ideal for a striker. He stays high up the pitch, constantly looks to get into scoring positions.
