Prós

Kimmich feels surprisingly quick in-game, especially when tracking back or pressing higher up the pitch.

One of his standout traits. Kimmich delivers pin-point passes across all ranges, whether it's short, quick passes to maintain possession or long driven passes to switch play.

His high balance and tight ball control make it easy to maneuver in tight spaces, which is crucial when recycling possession or evading aggressive pressing from the opponent.

As expected from a CDM, his tackling is on point. He positions himself well and breaks up play with smart interceptions.

His defensive awareness helps him stay alert and in the right place, cutting off dangerous plays before they develop.

Kimmich is strong in challenges and doesn’t get pushed off the ball easily. His stamina is especially noticeable.
