Pros
His positioning is the strongest part of his game. He stays in the correct area of the goal and does not get caught out of place easily.
His reactions are solid and noticeable in quick rebound situations. When there are second shots or sudden close-range attempts, he responds quickly.
Cons
His diving is one of the weaker areas. Against top corner shots or powerful long-range strikes, he sometimes fails to stretch enough.
His handling can be inconsistent. Instead of catching the ball cleanly, he often parries it away, which can lead to dangerous rebounds.
Although his reactions are good, his reflex-based saves in tight spaces are not top tier.
He does not have the Long Thrower trait, which limits his ability to start quick counterattacks.
His height does not meet the minimum required height for a GK which is 6'5 or above, height is extremely important for goalkeepers in the current meta.

Ederson is a decent and stable goalkeeper but not a meta-defining one.
