Pros
Gravenberch boasts very good pace for a central midfielder, allowing him to contribute both offensively and defensively across the full length of the pitch.
Gravenberch is truly elite in his distribution and vision. His passing range (short and long) is excellent.
His reactions are sharp, allowing him to quickly adjust to deflections, misplays, and sudden changes in direction.
Although Gravenberch has High/Medium work rates, his defensive contributions are surprisingly strong. He tracks back well, uses his physicality effectively in tackles, and positions himself smartly in defensive transitions. He feels more like a balanced CM/CDM hybrid than a strictly attacking-minded player.
At 6'3" (190 cm), Gravenberch is a physically dominant CM. He has the strength to outmuscle opponents, a long reach to break up play, and a solid frame that makes it hard to dispossess him.
Cons
The 4-star weak foot is serviceable but slightly underwhelming at this stage of the game, especially for a CM expected to distribute with both feet.
Gravenberch’s stamina is not elite, which affects his performance late in the game.
Despite having great long shot stats and powerful shooting, Gravenberch’s actual in-game finishing is inconsistent.

Final Verdict
Ryan Gravenberch is a superb all-around central midfielder who brings a rare blend of technical skill, playmaking, physical dominance, and surprising defensive IQ. While his weak foot and stamina slightly limit his late-game impact and versatility in tight scoring situations, his overall contribution in midfield is excellent.
