Avantages
For a defensive midfielder, his pace feels very solid. He’s not winger-fast, but he’s quick enough to close down attackers, recover in transition, and track late runs into the box.
This is where he stands out compared to many pure destroyer-type CDMs. His passing range allows him to dictate tempo from deep.
His reactions make him feel responsive in tight midfield battles. Loose balls, deflections, second balls, he’s often the first to react.
As expected from a CDM, his defensive stats are top-tier. Tackles feel strong and controlled, interceptions are consistent, and his positioning keeps him in the right areas.
He’s strong in shoulder-to-shoulder duels and doesn’t get bullied easily. His aggression in challenges makes him dominant in midfield battles.
4 Star Skill Move for a CDM, this is a huge bonus. Most CDMs are stiff and limited on the ball, but with 4-star skills, he can turn out of pressure, use simple skill combos, and create space when pressed.
His stamina allows him to maintain intensity throughout the full 90 minutes.
Inconvénients
His main downside is height. Against taller midfielders or when defending aerial balls, he can sometimes lose out in headers.
Alternatives

Verdict final
Dunga is a complete midfield anchor with added technical quality. The only real drawback is his height, which slightly limits his aerial presence. But overall, he’s a very balanced and reliable CDM who can fit into most tactical systems.

Manager Mode cent review: I have been comparing Beckenbauer (120 CB/CDM) since both are from the same $$$ programme and Norm Att/High Def Dunga tends not to take shots frequently as Beckenbauer, I can't be sure if the AI is more cautious or just do not want to take the shot. He is more defensive and physical and lack of a Playmaker traits. There is not much big gap between Dunga and Beckenbauer other than Dunga is a little less commit to attack. Defensivly both cards are about the same high value other than some advantage to Beckenauer due to his height. Both cards are equal on stamina and averagely last about 80mins before reaching half staimina left in a normal intensity match. It depends if you want a Playmaker that creates from the back (Beck) and score goals as CDM or a CDM that is more committed to hold the line and less likely to take shots.
Is he good
