Avantages
Pace & recovery, excellent for winning foot races and recovering after forward runs. Makes him reliable against quick wingers and in transition.
Playmaking ability, solid at linking play, delivering crosses and progressing the ball down the flank. Good for overlaps and playing early cut-backs.
Reactions, reads play well; intercepts and reacts to flick-ons/loose balls quicker than slower fullbacks.
Defending, capable in 1v1s and tackles; will often win duels and make crucial clearances.
Physical & stamina, can run up and down the pitch for 90 minutes; resists physical challenges and presses without dying out.
Inconvénients
3 star skill noves, limited flair. Not the best choice if you want a RB to beat players with fancy dribbles close to goal. Stick to simple, effective dribbling.
High/Medium work rates (attacking high, defensive medium) he’ll bomb forward a lot. Great for attack, but can leave gaps behind. You’ll need tactical cover (a defensive-minded CM or instruct CBs to stay wider).
Alternatives

Verdict final
A very strong, reliable right back for most squads. His blend of pace, defending, physicality and playmaking makes him one of the more complete RB options, especially if you like your fullbacks to influence attacks. The main compromises are the 3 star skill moves (limits flashy dribbles) and his high attacking work rate, which means you must provide tactical cover to avoid getting exposed on counters. If you build around those two realities, he’ll be a consistent match-winner and engine on the right flank.
