Guti isn’t lightning fast, but his pace is solid enough for a central midfielder. He gets around the pitch well, and while he might not be a box-to-box speedster, he can make overlapping runs or recover into position quickly when needed.

Guti's left foot is a weapon. From outside the box, he can hit powerful and accurate strikes.

This is where Guti truly shines. His passing range is elitevision, through balls, and long diagonals are top class.

While he doesn’t have flashy skill moves or ultra-responsive control, Guti still feels smooth on the ball. His dribbling is controlled and clean, allowing him to glide through the midfield.

Defensively, Guti is surprisingly competent. He’s got solid positioning and knows when to stick a foot in.

Physically, Guti is no pushover. He has enough strength to shrug off smaller players, maintain balance under pressure, and protect the ball.
